I am requesting flexible seating for my high school math students. For many years I have had a bar height table for my students to use as an alternative to their desks. I would now like to build upon that and provide them with more choices for a truly flexible seating classroom. My students come to me for 90 minutes every day. For them to have more choices about where to sit comfortably would be very beneficial to them! Flexible seating will provide them with a space where they feel comfortable and will increase their attention and ability to collaborate with others.
