I really can’t think of a better way for children to learn all about chicks and oviparous animals than by giving them the opportunity to experience chicks hatching right before their very own eyes! We are doing a life cycle science lesson. These supplies will help us learn about how life starts in the animal kingdom. I want to bring an incubator into the classroom to give the children an excellent hands-on educational opportunity. Taking care of an egg all the way through the hatching and early life of the chick is a wonderful way to learn important life skills and natural science. Of course, it is also very fun!
Incubation and hatching in the classroom are one of the most amazing experiences I can provide for my students. It’s a first-hand view of life and can be an experience my students will never forget.
