Everything in my room was handed down to me by teachers who taught my class before me. On top of that, my class was moved to a new campus in my district. Not only did I loose a lot of my classroom teaching materials, most of what I still have is outdated. While I truly appreciate everything I have, it is time for a facelift!
Flexible seating options such as the stool, the Wobble Cushion, and the balance ball give my students the opportunity to choose where they will sit to work independently. My students are also learning to use their laptops. The document clips would make using a visual model while typing so much easier for my students. Overall, these items would allow me to update my room to fit my student's needs.
