Our final step in this year's journey toward academic success is to add mindful meditation. My students need 27 extra thick yoga mats to help them with daily guided meditation and relaxation techniques that are sure to help them in the classroom.
To assist our students in meeting academic and social goals, teachers are using meditation in the classroom as a means of improving attention to tasks and regulating our emotions. We're acting rationally and thoughtfully, instead of just reacting.
