There are lots of ways to help a child build hand strength, some fun and some not so fun. With these new tweezer activities from Lakeshore learning, my students will be able to develop their much needed hand and pinch strength in fun and engaging ways so that they are better able to do activities like grip a pencil to write or crayons to color.
The activities also work on much needed skills such as waiting to take a turn, counting numbers, color matching, patterns and more. For example, The Scoop and Count Ice Cream Shop would not only allow the students to work on finger and hand strength, but creating patterns and following directions as well. Please consider funding this project to help my students grow! Thank you!
