Literacy centers as a daily activity in my classroom. The listening center was a favorite many years ago but, the equipment is out dated and some of the headphones don’t work anymore. Having a listening center in my classroom will allow my students to be actively engaged in this center for a full 20 period. Most of my students will go home after school and will not have the resources they need to support their literacy education. As their teacher, I need to make sure they have the best resources in the classroom to help them grow into successful adults. My class desperately needs this listening center and we would greatly appreciate any donation towards this device .
