From doctors, to bakers, to construction workers, to police officers; dramatic play in our classroom has been an amazing and engaging way for my students to express themselves freely and pretend to be whoever they imagine themselves to be during center time.
These are not just costumes, they are a window into each of my students' futures; they give them an idea of what my students' could become. The community helper costumes to reinforce my students' imagination and creative thinking during dramatic play. It will also help students to see who is in their community and how they impact our day to day lives.
