My students are great working with anything hands-on! With this project, it will allow them to think, act, and be creative like engineers. By allowing my students to use these STEM kits and KNEX kits, they will be building a wooden solar power car and building roller coasters with the KNEX kits. The wooden solar power cars would also come with paint and students can paint their cars to their own desire and show their art creativity. With the KNEX kit, students would build roller coasters and learn and understand the hard work that scientist and engineers go through. Students will work with their designs and re-design it until it meets standards and criteria. With the chance of working with these STEM activities, students will be more engaged in working with today's twenty first century skills, collaborations!
