These puppets will provide an opportunity for all students to interact with the materials and with their friends and foster their social and emotional growth and development They will be able to create their own stories and scenarios that reflect and have meaning for their personal situations. Puppets also give children the freedom to express their thoughts and feelings without judgement. They will able to communicate their feelings through the puppets -- their wishes and dreams and even their fears or worries. We will also be able to create our their own puppet stories and plays and present them to the class. This help foster their growing language and literacy skills and provide practice in both languages.
