My students need team challenges to help them build their relationship skills and resilience. As 21st century students, my kids need to know how to stick with difficult tasks, to work in teams, and to be creative problem solvers. These Rubik's cubes will be used as the base for a problem solving challenge for all 4th and 5th graders. They will work first independently and then together to complete a mosaic of a prominent historical figure. After completing the mosaic, they will have skills to help them deal with real-life challenges they might face. This will be an accomplishment that they will never forget!
