This book will make Shakespeare's MacBeth more accessible to all of my students. It will help them have "no fear of Shakespeare" and learn about a Shakespearean tragedy that still stands the test of time. Learning this play will help them be college, career, and life ready which is the goal of Pittsburgh Public Schools. They will learn how to analyze complex texts, write about them using their own words, and take the plot of Macbeth and use it in their own pieces. A side-by-side version of Macbeth will help them understand how to read and interpret Shakespearean language on their own which will also boost their college readiness.
