My students can't afford to buy graphing calculators, yet they need critical math skills these facilitate to be college ready. Many of them are fascinated by the math that is possible when using these for statistical regressions or graphing transformations of functions.
My students need to be able to compete with other students who have access to this advanced technology. These calculators will allow them to make deeper and faster connections to mathematical concepts. I am excited to see how their learning can be expanded with the capability this will provide. Your donation will provide this technology for my current students, and for those in years to come. You will also ensure that my students have these calculators for use on the SAT, and this will help to level the playing field with other students.
