These materials will allow my students to get their fidgets out without disturbing others. It will also help my students stay concentrated on their work throughout the long school day. Brain breaks, and dance videos are great for that moment, but my classroom is in need of way for students to move without having to stop their work. Yes, we are in school, but we have to remember we are teaching children. There are not many children that I have encountered that can sit and do their work for long periods of time without getting bored or being mentally drained. Despite this fact, we have a lot of teaching and learning to do throughout the school year. Flexible seating will help my students concentrate, stay focused, keep their learning experience fun and exciting, and give them the opportunity to move and learn.
