My classroom is filled with 20 wonderful 3rd graders. We have a racially diverse student body - around 50% Caucasian, 40% African-American, and 10% Hispanic. Our community is in rural NC, surrounded by farmland and water. Our School is a preK-8 school in a low-wealth county. We are a Title 1 school.
