This project is 100% motivated by the need to get more books into the hands of my students. These books will be used for student small groups and shared home reading bags that I use daily. The more books they read, the more success they will experience in school, and that is my ultimate goal-to help them be successful. I am keenly aware that substantial classroom libraries are the key to success, and that the larger and more expansive the library of available books, the more students have the opportunity to succeed. This project aims to add more books to not only my guided reading lessons and small groups and classroom library, but also to increase the number of books available for shared reading at home. Thank you for being a part of this incredible Book Adventure!

About my class
