Each child is different and varying texts help to engage these students in reading. Our students may read grade levels below and I want them to have access to texts they can engage with and enjoy. The leveled readers will help them choose a text that they can read. A variety of topics will help them with finding a book they can enjoy. The Lakeshore Learning materials leveled readers will give them both types of readers. My ultimate goal is to create a love of learning and reading. Students deserve the chance to have access to texts that are enjoyable and readable.
