The scientific calculators I choose for my students will really help them visually when it comes to completing mathematical units on graphing (functions, slope, etc), utilizing Pi, and when dealing with percents, decimals and fractions. These calculators have amazing functions that will help these special education students.
Students will be able to have more confidence completing their math homework or classwork and will become more comfortable showing their work, since they'll have more assistance with all of the functions on the calculators. Instead of having to share one calculator for a whole class, each student will be able to use their own.
