Every day in band there is a warm-up time. This warm-up allows students the opportunity to hone musical skills that they will be using in the learning of music. Ensemble books allow that to happen in a very organized manner.
The books we have now are over twenty-five years old. The new books have online resources and are current. I have been researching new ensemble books for the past 3 years.
I often have students that will try to make an old broken reed work because they can't afford a new one. New reeds will help them gain confidence in their playing because of how great they will sound.
