Our school is 1:1 and we use our iPads everyday. My students record themselves daily in both reading and math centers. They record themselves reading to check their fluency. They record their math thinking in math centers when they are explaining their math reasoning by recording how they solved a problem on an app we use daily. I am able to check their fluency and thinking after they post it.
