I'm looking to enrich my classroom environment for my students to help awaken, stimulate and be more reflective of real life learning. I want to make it a place that even YOU would like to be. My fourth graders are not the sit all day in one spot and learn kind of kiddos! I've been adopting some flexible seating arrangements in my classroom to help meet the needs of my students abilities to get ready to learn! The lap desk provide better O/T support than just sitting on the floor, and it has a versatile work surface. This would also come in handy when using their IPads. I love my students and know they will greatly benefit from this alternate form of seating.
