I am a middle school teacher art teacher at a public school in West Orange NJ. We are a 7th & 8th grade middle school with a diverse population and students with various socioeconomic backgrounds. More than a third of my students are from low income households. My 7th and 8th grade art students are creative, clever and have an incredible thirst for trying new visual art techniques and materials.
