The materials serve as direct rewards that students are willing to work for and provide motivation to be on their best behavior. All items are taken home and shared with the family to increase parent and home involvement with our schoolwide positive behavior initiative. Students can set behavior goals that will allow them to earn rewards based on (R)espectful, (O)rganized, (A)ttentive, and (R)esponsible behavior. The rewards program will help our students learn in a positive school climate, allowing them to achieve academic success. Students will have the opportunity to help manage our rewards program, providing a sense of management, responsibility, and increasing school involvement.
