Our school is a part of a Title I community that serves over 700 students, Junior Kindergarten-5th grade in a small town. It is important for my young learners to start building a strong foundation in literacy and mathematics during their kindergarten year. I strive to foster an atmosphere where my children are wanting to learn more. These young learners are so eager to engage with their peers in hands on learning experiences. I want to keep my learners focused on challenging their brain and becoming better readers, writers, mathematicians, scientists, artists, and problem solvers.
