Our students enjoy painting especially after listening to some great thought provoking STEM bilingual books. However in order to be successful, we need the right tools. This year, I have three left handed students which are in the process of finding their comfort level in their printing and have found that painting helps.
After reading, students will sketch, paint and orally present how the shape of a fish helps it function in a coral reef. We will also discuss which problems they may currently be facing. In this process, we will begin by observing the different colors and patterns, followed by the shapes that will help in sketching the fish.
By donating to our project you will begin to shape minds of future artists, engineers, writers or marine biologists.
