Our school is a Title I school on the West End of Alameda. We have a very diverse community of students including many new immigrants and English Learners. 50% of our students qualify for free and reduced lunch. 30% of our students are English language learners, many of whom are new immigrants to our country. I work with the English language learner population providing supports for students and coaching for classroom teachers.
