Students enrolled in FCS courses don't just cook. They are reading, measuring, collaborating, problem-solving, gaining experience, creating, delegating, communicating, experimenting, and learning! Help my students achieve all of these beneficial skills that they will be able to use for life. New kitchen equipment like the electric hand mixers and electric griddles are needed for our students to be successful in the culinary lab setting. Students will learn how to use this equipment to safely prepare and bake a variety of delicious food dishes from scratch, including cupcakes, muffins, homemade whipped cream, frosting, meringues, cookies, pancakes, eggs and so much more!
