Jimu Robots will impact the school and community by instilling an interest in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) in students by providing a fun, engaging, and hands-on opportunity to explore and experience it for themselves. Jimu Robots is a snap-together robotics system designed from the ground up to provide this opportunity to future engineers of all skill levels. It encourages teamwork, problem solving, and leadership for students. Jimu Robot Kits will enable students to learn and retain basic coding skills for their future academic and real world applications.
This robotics project will give an inclusive background of learning experiences to many students and provide hands-on learning opportunities in STEM with products and solutions that support inquiry-based learning. It will ignite a natural curiosity and interest in learning coding by providing a complete kit of robotics building structures that must have code written in order to move the robots.
