I have been teaching since 1989 in both private and public schools. In 1998 I completed a M.S.Ed. in Instructional Technology. In my years of teaching I have been able to teach grades 3-6. Currently I'm teaching departmental 6th grade Math and Social Studies in an IL public school. We have great students in our school which is about 98% low income and predominantly Asian. Even though my students come from low-income families they seem to have the latest technologies at home. I want my classroom to come alive like a Wii game or an Xbox game comes alive for my students at home.
