One area my students struggle with is staying focused. Who am I kidding? Any kid can have a difficult time not staying on task. Having a variety of wobble seats in my classroom would provide an outlet for my students to fidget with their whole bodies while staying on task. I plan to get a variety of seats because, not only are all children's minds different, so are their bodies. I'll be providing red, green, and blue seats in different sizes. In my classroom, we strive to be the best learners we can! Not only can the wobble seats help student to focus, they also help with posture, as well as building muscles. Although these are all great things to note about wobble seats, they're not one of my favorite reasons for them. My students do not have recess time. Crazy enough, it's not all because of the weather we can get in our remote location. Sadly, it's because curriculum is taking over the entire day, even at such a young age. Students have to face enough challenges, please help me to provide wobble seats for my students so they're able to stay focused more easily, build muscles, and improve their posture.
