My students use various building materials during our morning experiences to explore their engineering skills. We need a few more sets of building materials to allow more students to explore and work together.
My students gravitate towards building morning experiences, and I want to give them more opportunities to explore this skill!
My students will use the Gears, Gears, Gears kit during instruction as well. This will allow me to show students how things more and what happens when using different forces.
My students will use the Magna Tiles kits and Shape Mags during morning experiences to show just what they can engineer. We will also use these kits to build various models for STEM design challenges throughout the school year.
First graders learn a lot through playing! When they get to interact with their learning, they make many more connections to their daily lives.
