Science and social studies are both extremely important subjects for elementary students, but they get pushed aside for more important subjects, math and reading. I want my students to be able to learn about these two subjects, even though they aren't tested on them.
Kids love science and social studies, why not mix a little reading and writing in so that everyone is happy! With TIME for Kids, the students get to explore science and social studies topics, while also furthering their reading and writing skills.
I'm hoping that providing our 3rd grade students with interesting and fun science and social studies topics, we can get them to really love reading and writing.
