Organization is a key to student success! Students who are more organized tend to do better in school and have better study habits. This begins with students having the right tools for school, such as paper, pencils and notebooks.
At the beginning of each year, I find most of my students do not have the necessary basic school supplies needed for success. This is mainly due to the low economic situation of my students' family. I want to provide all my students with the basic supplies. I have paper and pencils to give, but I need help in getting the 3-ring binders for each student. By students having a 3-ring binder, they will learn how to keep their papers in an organized manner. This will reduce the number of lost papers such as notes, study guides and homework assignments. It is important that they learn these organizational skills, now, so they can be more successful in school and beyond.
