When young learners are presented with complex ideas in a real life environment their level of learning and engagement increases exponentially. My goal as an educator is to bring learning to life, to make it a tangible thing that my students can literally hold in their hands. Experiencing something that many may not have the opportunity to otherwise not only excites the students, it makes the lessons learned stay with them.
