My classroom is filled with eager and enthusiastic fourth grade learners! More than 95% of students in our Title 1 school receive free or reduced school lunch. Many of our families struggle to provide basic necessities so school donations are a particular hardship. These students rarely have opportunities to participate in extracurricular sports and arts programs. Despite their challenges, my students are eager to learn all they can about the world around them. I believe all students are capable of reaching our highest expectations given the right tools, support and above all, love.
