I want to work on inclusion for my students with developmental delays, sensory disorders, and autism. With the complexity and cultural diversity of these students visual cues, social stories and adaptions to activities are crucial to their success.
A laminator and laminating sheets will be used to create visual supports and other long-lasting materials for my kids.
As a speech and language pathologist, I work with kids in classroom settings and small groups. I create schedules and social stories to assistant them in integrating into a regular classroom routine. Building language skills is essential to being successful in learning and socialization. The laminator and laminating sheets will be used to help facilitate more of this work - making our inclusion efforts more beneficial.
