My Head Start classroom is full of 17 awesome 3-5 year old children who are eager to come to school every day to learn and have fun! Our classroom has many different learning levels and family makeups. We are based in a low socioeconomic environment and most of the children do not have the necessary components, such as books, crayons, glue, etc. that is needed to extend their learning beyond school and really get that bonding and learning experience with their families at home. I believe that all children should have access to learning materials that will help support their education regardless of family income or background.
About my class
