Students can't afford these items. Most of the time I give them supplies that I have purchased from my own money.
Students will use these supplies in my classroom and in the general education classroom. These are basic school supplies any student should have to be a successful student.
I will use the spiral notebooks for vocabulary lessons and for interactive journals. Students can practice writing skills and write back and forth to me to help with their English proficiency.
Without pencils, markers, or colored pencils many students can't complete projects or activities required in my classroom or in the regular classroom.
