Our library is not the stereotypical library of old with absolute silence. However, imagine a multitude of programs running at the same time and the ensuing chaos as students attempt to listen and learn all at the same time! The calm, focused, working environment we try SO HARD to create is destroyed with screams of 鈥淚 can鈥檛 hear!鈥 Having the ability to work on reading fluency, digital citizenship projects, or visit another fascinating place on Earth will help make a difference for our students. With quality headphones students will be able to focus on the material that has been assigned or chosen without worrying about bothering or being bothered by those around them.
