These supplies will help my students get started on the right foot next school year. I teach in a Title I school which means a majority of our students are economically disadvantaged. This project will help relieve some of the financial burden their parents face and will also help ensure everyone has the correct materials.
Some students struggle to get the very basics for the new school year (pencils, pens, etc). I believe that by giving every student a notebook to start the year will help ease some of the stresses that they face in August. The supplies will be little things that make a big difference
