Our school has a daily morning meeting, where we spend time working on the social and emotional well-being of the child. This is how we begin our day and the students look forward to this time. I believe that the Q ball would help those reluctant students to share and also help with taking turns to speak.
We also have whole group learning time for reading and math twice a day. The Q ball would be used at this time to increase participation and help students work on their verbal skills. My hope is that students will be more likely to participate and will be able to speak up with the use of the Q ball.
