My Kindergartners are from a small, rural Title I school district that is 69% free and reduced lunch. They are energetic and enthusiastic learners! The financial struggle for some of our families has impacted students' ability to stay on target in school. Many families struggle to assist students at home. Despite these obstacles my students arrive to school with smiles on their faces. They thrive when they are given the opportunity to move and have fun while learning. I incorporate music, dance, rhythmic chants and visual aids to appeal to their learning styles. Their eagerness to learn just needs support!
