I have a fantastic fifth grade class in a suburban part of Las Vegas, with a school wide free or reduced lunch rate. I like to incorporate activities that allow for creativity and real-world experiences. My students love collaborating with their fellow peers, using technology, engaging in fun ad exciting interactive games and having the freedom to work about the room.My classroom is a warm and inviting place for them to explore, experiment, and engage. All of my students come from many different backgrounds and life experiences and despite all of this they come to school excited to learn and ready to take on new challenges. I try to do everything I can to create a place where they feel safe, loved, and cared for. I show each student that he or she is special, capable, and has something to offer the world, I hope to help create a generation of caring, compassionate, and loving students that go on to do amazing things!
