I chose rulers so that we don't have to cut out the paper rulers in the math workbook.
I chose white board markers because we use the white board frequently to visualize our learning. We use different colors to highlight words or phrases. Many students see certain colors more easily.
I chose a balance because we are always looking to weigh things, not only in science and math, but during many learning moments.
I chose a blue pen because it is my favorite color to grade papers. Red marks seem harsh or punitive, possibly discouraging my students. Blue is cool!
