I teach at a public school in New Orleans. I teach science to 4th grade students who take the statewide LEAP test. We are in a temporary building because our old school was infested with termites. We have a minimal amount of supplies for science to conduct any kind of realistic experiment.
I need Carolina Dissection Kits, student hand lens, dissection solution, stopwatches, acid/base test strips, and basic science lab supplies for my science class.
Your donations will make it possible for my students to do hands-on experiments with materials that are not readily available to them. These materials that I am requesting will meet their needs better than a worksheet.
