My students struggle taking turns using the T-stool in my classroom. Whether they have ADHD, developmental delays, autism or a single learning disabilty, all of my students learn in different ways! My job is to find ways to engage my students while they are learning. With that challenge comes the need for flexible seating. In order to better engage my students I need alternative seating options in my classroom.
My students need to wiggle while they learn!
The traditional classroom chairs are hard and do not allow students to move. My students become restrained, frustrated and emotional. By giving my students the opportunity to move around and feel comfortable, the students will be excited and actively engage in our classroom.
