Students will use these iPads to have more individualized learning opportunities. All students, even preschoolers should have access to these technology opportunities. In the following grades, all students are expected to use blended learning. This will be a great way to begin this journey. I will download apps that will target specific needs such as: Moose Math, PBSkids, Endless alphabet, Lakeshore apps, Hooked on Phonics, and creativity apps.
By using technology we are able to reach students' individual needs and provide resources that provide appropriate vocabulary and correct skills. Students will feel comfortable with technology by using early childhood learning apps, games and books. Becoming familiar with different methods of learning will be part of their early childhood experience. Students who have autonomy in their learning stay engaged and are more likely to stay on task.
