There is no equivalent substitute for hands-on activities where materials and equipment are used safely and student experiences are guided. The materials that I have requested will ensure that every student has the opportunity to be safe during laboratory activities. Having the proper personal protective equipment will ensure that every student will participate in hands-on laboratory science experiences that are critical to the learning process. Research has shown that students who engage in well-designed laboratory experiences develop problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. By funding this project, you will not only help advance student learning , you will help inspire students to further their education and prepare them for high-technology careers by fostering skills sought by potential employers.

About my class
