Group book studies are great for helping students discuss what they have read. My students face an additional challenge of finding books to read that are both at their reading level and of interest to them. Many books that our school library has sets of are far above their current reading level or not of interest to my students.
These books are highly engaging and would allow all of my students to participate in group book studies. Students will be able to not only read the books together, but also have the important discussions to gain a deeper understanding of the texts.
