I teach low-income students who share a goal of attending 4 year colleges. I primarily teach 9th grade Advanced Biology, but also have a college preparatory class and technology electives. Our students are dedicated, attending a much longer school year and riding the bus from all areas of San Diego to attend class each day. Our students want to learn and want to help their families rise from poverty. I have approximately 30 students in each class.
