My project will help my students be more organized. When students are more organized, it cuts down on the transitional time between subjects. It also cuts down on the frustration for the student not being able to find the things they need and for the teacher to get started on the subject. It's so imperative to have a speedy transitional time and with chair pockets, they can store their things easily. There's only so much allotted time to transition from one subject to the next and if a student takes more than the allotted time, it cuts into another subject.
During my years as an educator, I've noticed that when students have the same materials, there's less distractions or wanting to use another student's item.
